The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there are also 2 additional mattresses. The two main bedrooms each hold a queen sized bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms hold a double bed and 2 single beds respectively. Bookings can only be made for the entire house and cannot be shared between two bookings.

A combined fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, coffee machine, toaster oven, cutlery, and crockery. Also included is a built-in “braai”. In the living room, you can find a dinner table and a sleeping couch.

It was quite a distance for us to drive but oh my it was worth it. If it's privacy in a spectacular natural setting you are after then this is the place for you. My kids also loved it and went exploring without me having to worry about everyday worries as you do with the city life. They did not even realize that there was no TV. We will definitely be back now just praying for rain so we can see the river full.
Lovely place if you like to stay in the middle of nowhere! Great sky view. The last piece of the road is tough and rough with normal car but possible!
Danielle and Jaques organized everything perfectly and were very quick on responses. The house is settled perfectly along a river, is perfect to have a timeout of civilization, enjoying a braai and great star gazing. Also, the house was absolutely clean.

"Whawa wee wa" in the words of a 7-year-old. It is the most amazing location and accommodation you could wish for. The remoteness and beautiful views made this stay our highlight. There is no question in whether we will be back, just a matter of when. Both are busybodies fell asleep on the swing. Truly splendid.
The house is absolutely stunning! Make sure you bring enough water and be careful on the dirt road - You will have an amazing time if you want to get out for a while from city life.
The house itself is wonderful. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a big front porch from where you can see the most amazing starry sky. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. The only advice we would like to give: you definitely need a big vehicle. We had huge problems getting there with our car and ended up walking. Thanks for having us!
This place is spectacular for a natural getaway in a very secluded area. Never seen so many stars. Don’t expect TV and the river/dam was dry when we were there, but still worth the trip.
